On today\u2019s show our guest is Nathan Phelan, host of The Electro Show<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As the producer of solipsistic NATION<\/b> I rarely have time to listen to other music podcasts. There simply isn\u2019t enough hours in the day so there are only a handful of them. Macedonia\u2019s Both Sides of the Surface<\/a> is one. There\u2019s also Mikel OD\u2019s Most People Are DJs<\/a> podcast and the Spartacus Roosevelt<\/a> podcast and definitely the Headphone Commute<\/a> podcast. But I barely have enough time to listen to even those clutch of shows, so a podcast better be very special if I am going to make time for it.<\/p>\n

I expect it\u2019s the same with you, too.<\/p>\n

So, why The Electro Show?<\/p>\n

Mainly it\u2019s because Nathan has also embraced a freeform approach to producing a show about electronic music. Every genre is grist for his mill. And like myself, Nathan eagerly wants to turn people on to great music even as he himself explores the vast terrain of electronic music in all it\u2019s myriad forms.<\/p>\n
