A few weeks back I got an email from Steve Nalepa<\/a>. Steve\u2019s been on solipsistic NATION<\/b> in the past<\/a> and Steve has always been on top of what\u2019s new and fresh in the electronic music scene. So when Steve mentioned several students from his Music Technology class that he teaches at Chapman University<\/a> who were performing with him I knew I had<\/i> to have them on the show.<\/p>\n

As I said, Steve has been on solipsistic NATION<\/b> several times. Steve\u2019s live set that he performed for the Dub Beautiful Collective<\/a> was featured on the show back in January of 2008<\/a>. Steve also performed with Matt B<\/a> of Bass Science<\/a> and one of their live sets from Tokyo was featured on the show in September of 2008<\/a>. More recently Steve appeared on the show<\/a> to talk about his Flatlands:Remixes<\/a><\/i> album.<\/p>\n

Henry Allen<\/a> and Preston Walker<\/a> are Virtual Boy<\/a> and met at Chapman University and joined forced in Steve\u2019s Music Technology class. Virtual Boy\u2019s How Long Does It Take To Get To Space?<\/a><\/i> has been released on 1320 Records<\/a> after they were hired to remix Nalepa\u2019s Sunflowers<\/a><\/i> single.<\/p>\n

David Streit is FuzZ<\/a>. David is also one third of theGREENLAB<\/a>, a film production company working with experimental musicians in and around Los Angeles. theGREENLAB are currently hard at work on a documentary<\/a> about the Low End Theory<\/a> club in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Andrew Swanson is St Andrew<\/a>. For the past 10 months, Andrew has worked alongside famed UK electronic musician Adam Freeland<\/a>, helping create the Freeland Live set for Glastonbury 2009<\/a> and beyond.<\/p>\n
